In the end it doesn't matter how many breaths you take, it matters how many moments took your breath away...

Crying Girl
1964
Walking through the halls of many artworks, you see one in particular
A girl of many tears catches your eye
This girl, so beautiful and innocent
You don't understand what could possibly want to hurt her
Many possible inspirations come to mind
But why so sad?
Just being alive should bring happiness
A single tear streams down her face
Blonde hair with almost tomato red lips
She looks in sorrow but tries to hide her pain
As people might be watching, and she needs to stay strong
If it be the loss of a loved one, the sad end to a movie, or something as simple as a bee sting
This woman is crying
Nobody might ever find the reason why
Nobody may ever be able to help her
Nobody will ever be able to remove this single tear forever stained on her face
